He deserves a post in my blog. Laxman is Indian immigrant from Tamilnadu and working in Indian Muslim Stall of the food court next to office building, despite rush most of time, he knows what his regular customer likes. Whenever he sees me asks, “Haan Bhaiya! Veg Mie Goreng, Plain Thosai (Dosa), Veg Biriyaani, fried rice or Roti-Prata?”, He always speaks in Hindi with me, whatever little he knows. He has a dream to have his own stall one day.

This post is gratitude to him for cooking less oily and less spicy meals for me.

Thankyou Laxman 🙂

  1. Hi Pawan, Its great to be thankful to one who serves food and not just settling scores by paying how much it costs…
I hope he would get a chance to see your blog…
