No no I am not yelling at you to be silent, rather letting you know what is my surrounding 🙂 . I love it, I love silence, I love peace, I love nature and list goes one… because of this long list of my love I always remain in trouble :D. Contradictory is my love towards kids who are the most noisiest, I cannot remain happy if I am away from them for long. Too much of “I”… sorry for that 🙂
Well on recent updates, I have manage to process photographs of my fellow travelers Brother BK, Dr. Rajat and Dr. Sharad and mailed them. This was a responsibility and which is now fulfilled. They are excited from the trip and looking forward for another one soon…. But I doubt that it will be possible any time soon. 2 weeks in a year this is what the most I can get :(.
I wish I can explore India and rest of world before becoming too old or my time here finishes. My dad who is a doctor says that, “Our body is unpredictable, even life itself is so unpredictable”. Steve Jobs says, “Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else life”. Great people, great thoughts and I am following their thoughts, trying to live it before I reach my limit and doing it fast due to unpredictability factor ;). Haha… If anyone of you going to follow my way, make sure you first finish all your duties to family, nation and your company.
I have started reading about Himachal Pradesh in my free times; it is another beautiful state in north India. It has got Himalayan landscape which is full of beautiful conifer forest, ice capped mountains and green valleys. Though I have been to there at least 3 times but still a large and non-commercial part of it is still unknown me. Many cities of this state have become center of Buddhism in India due to large migration of Tibetan monks and people. Dalai Lama also stays in the city Dharmshala of this state. November to February will be good to enjoy snow and see snow fall, and March to June will be good to get rid of heat of plans. July to October is off season due to rain and this is probably right time for us :D, we can get cheap hotels and cheap taxies during this time though we need a little bit of luck at the same time to get good photographs due to overcast sky. Overall it’s a very beautiful and peaceful state, looking forward to visit this state in my next big trip.
We have returned back Singapore on last Sunday afternoon and went busy in our day to day life. My special thanks to my Brother BK, Dr. Rajat and my oldest (18 years) most friend Dr. Sharad, they were so open and clear to me as always, I can’t image a successful trip without them.
As expected kids went sick after reaching India due to sudden chance in weather, but they are fine now and nothing to worry.
Got some encouraging comments on a photograph posted earlier, so did some extra work on using DPP and re-posting it for all of you use it as wallpaper. its dimension is 1200 X 500. Hope you will like it at desktop wallpaper 🙂
We have tried both morning and afternoon tour of the park but could not get even a glimpse of tiger… Bandhavgarh National Park was most costly part of our trip and we were returned back empty handed… 😦
Posting few landscapes, animals and birds which we sighted during this trip…
The city have got 2 major location just next to each other, these are Bhedaghat and Dhuandhar. Bhedaghaut is famous for its marble stone mines and Dhuandhar is famous for its breathtaking waterfall… posting few photographs of these 2 places and few others which I like, hope you will also like 🙂
Will start for Bandhavgarh National Park for 2 night stay soon … more update later …
Jsut reached Jabalpur this morning, drive approx. 250 KM today, will visit marvel mines and a waterfall near city and then start to Bandhavgarh for forest trip… Heard a lot about this tiger reserve before and on the ways from various people… feeling excited…
Posting a photograph of yesterday during our short trip to Panna National Park from Khajuraho, this is known as “Neel Gaay” (Blue Antelope)…
Khajuraho is a UNESCO world heritage site located in Northern part of Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
Reached at Khajuraho at 9:00 PM after 13hr and 350 KM of driving from Allahabad, witnessed some breathtaking landscape and superb weathers on the way. Though all 4 of us are good drivers but I was the only one driving throughout the day, what a delight 🙂
Took few stops on the ways and the major one was at Chitrakoot for lunch, road condition is mostly good. This was my first time driving uphill and downhill in Satpura range and it was night too, felt great, but little sad too as I missed to see some great panoramic view of this range, I am sure we will get a lot more when we move further south in our trip … 🙂
We have got a good hotel and will tour locally tomorrow… will start for next destination early morning of day-after-tomorrow. Overall Khajuraho is very beautifully maintained, I am sure we are going to have some memorable experience here.
Here is a photograph of sunset which I took on the way…
Will post more photographs of temples (for which Khajuraho is famous) tomorrow 🙂
